Big Jim Hudgins started competing in BBQ & Steak later in life than most of his peers, however, he has cooked in the backyard as long as he can remember. His grills didn’t go to sleep in the winter months and he preaches that yours shouldn’t either! (FYI: Big Jim even cooked a brisket in a blizzard once) All the rubs, sauces and supplies available on this site will make you the King of your restaurant or neighborhood!
